We take the records off the old machine
Twenty years of winners, handicaps and honours, migrated in full and searchable from a phone. The free apps will take your next round. None of them will take your last two decades.
Track your rounds. Watch your handicap. Score the day live for you and the lads. Run a full season for your society, with Order of Merit, knockouts and the Eclectic, all in one place. Free for solo golfers. Free for every member. Captains who run a group pay once a year.
Play the round. Track the season. Free for everyone but the bloke who runs it.
Solo golfer? It's free forever, no card needed. Captain of a roll-up, lads' tour or society? £35/yr for the lot. See the captain's side →
On the App Store and Google Play. Already ran a full season for a society founded in 1904.
The season-long Order of Merit, live. Every round rolls in automatically. Your members check it on Monday morning.

The job nobody signed up for
Every January it starts again: open last year's spreadsheet, work out why the Order of Merit formula broke, and hope the lads remember to tell you who is playing.
This is the bit that used to ruin your Sunday night.
Now it sorts itself while you play. Fixtures, scores, the Order of Merit and the knockouts, all kept for you.
One app, the whole season
Every event your society plays rolls into one season-long table: Stableford points, handicaps, drop-shots, all worked out for you. Members check it on Monday morning. No spreadsheet rebuild, ever.
Bracketed knockout draws that update themselves. Multi-event tours that roll into the OoM. A season-long Eclectic built hole by hole.
Scores go in hole by hole, every player sees every other player's total update in real time. The back nine plays differently when everyone knows where they stand.
Balanced groups and tee times done for you. No more squinting at names at 11pm.
Skins, longest drive, nearest-the-pin, matchplay brackets and eclectic, all scored automatically.
Post a fixture reminder, run a quick poll, or mark something must-read. You can see who's opened it and who hasn't. Better than a WhatsApp nobody reads.
ParClub turns the card into a short match report, ready to drop in the group chat before you've left the car park.

Pricing
Free forever for every golfer, with nothing to enter and nothing to upgrade. If you run a group, one person pays for the whole thing and everyone else plays free. Built for every group: mates, work crew, lads on tour, formal societies. Cheaper than a round at the bar.
Solo & casual golf · every golfer
Free forever · no card needed
Small groups, up to 20 members

Bigger groups, up to 200 members · 7-day free trial

Solo golfers play free forever. Members of a paid group play free forever, on every tier. Your price is locked for life: it never goes up for you, for as long as you run your group. Monthly or yearly, your call. Never per-member. And if it doesn't save you more hassle than it costs, don't pay it.

ParClub vs a spreadsheet →For societies with history
We recently rebuilt a society founded in 1904: moved two decades of records across and matched every scoring rule to the shot. If your society has that kind of history, its own way of scoring, and one person who understands the database it all sits in, an app on its own will not do. We build you a portal of your own, and the app comes with it, free for every member.
Twenty years of winners, handicaps and honours, migrated in full and searchable from a phone. The free apps will take your next round. None of them will take your last two decades.
Carried penalty shots, a second competition that hands them back, divisions cut by hand: the rules that live nowhere but your society. Checked against real cards before you sign off.
Agreed up front, no monthly platform fee. Rescue from £1,450, a full build from £1,950. A specialist firm charges many thousands for this, and again for the smallest change after. We do not.
See the working example, read what that build looked like, or tell me about your own society.
Questions
Yes, for solo golfers, casual golfers, and anyone playing as a member of a paid group. Personal scoring, GPS hole maps, handicap history, past rounds, all free, forever. You never enter a card and nothing nags you to upgrade. The only fee is for whoever runs the group: Pro (£35/yr or £4.99/mo) for small groups up to 20, Masters (£65/yr or £7.99/mo, 7-day free trial) for bigger groups up to 200. Monthly or yearly, your call. Never per-member.
Every round your society plays automatically rolls into one running table. Points are calculated from each player's Stableford / strokeplay / matchplay result with handicaps applied. The board is live: every member sees where they stand, and where they stand against everyone else, after every round. No spreadsheet rebuild, ever.
Stableford, strokeplay, matchplay, plus Tours (multi-event cumulative leagues), Knockouts (single-elimination brackets with auto seeding and draw), and a season-long Eclectic (your best score on every hole, built up across the year). All scored and ranked automatically: no manual maths, no separate spreadsheets per format.
Every player's score updates on every other player's phone in real time. You watch the back nine resolve on each other's screens, then check the final board back at the 19th.
Members never set up a password, never pay a penny, and never manage their own data. Joining is one tap from a link the captain sends. After that, the app is there for anyone who wants to live-score their own round and watch the board move on the back nine. Nobody has to fiddle with settings or admin: that all sits with the captain.
No. Members never pay a penny, ever, on any tier. There is one fee for the whole society per year, and how it's covered is entirely your call: split it across everyone so it's pennies each, or just pay it yourself as the captain. However you handle it, every member plays for free.
No. ParClub works for whoever plays golf. Solo golfer tracking your own rounds and handicap: Free tier, forever. Four mates with a WhatsApp group: Pro for the captain, free for the lads. Established society with 60 members: same thing, captain pays Pro or Masters, members free. Use it however you play. The free tier is the actual app, kept for good, with no countdown to a paywall.
All the ones society golf actually plays: Stableford, strokeplay, matchplay, plus skins, nearest the pin, knockouts, tours and a season-long eclectic. Handicaps and the Order of Merit are worked out for you. You don't touch a calculator.
ParClub has a UK course database with par and stroke index built in, plus bird's-eye GPS hole maps. It applies handicaps to scoring so you don't have to do the maths. If your course isn't listed yet, photograph the scorecard and the app reads the par and stroke index off it. If anything's wrong, email support@parclub.app and we'll fix it, usually within a day.
On handicaps: ParClub runs on your society's own handicaps, the number your members play off, adjustments and all. You are not tied to a club's official system, and you do not need every member on the same one, which matters when your society pulls players from a dozen different clubs. If your society keeps its own book, a half-shot for the over-sixties, a cap here, a penalty there, that is exactly how the app scores it.
ParClub never holds, processes or moves your money. The Pot is a record of who owes what, nothing more. Members settle each other bank to bank through their own apps, exactly as they do now. Some free golf apps take a percentage of every payment they handle; ParClub handles none of it, so it takes none of it.
They're yours either way. Your fixtures, scores and Order of Merit export to a CSV in one tap, any time, whether you're paying or not. Nothing is deleted behind a paywall and nothing is held hostage to us still being around. Nobody else in this category will tell you that in writing.
Any time. Start fresh from your next round, or add this season's earlier results in one go so the Order of Merit carries the whole year. You don't have to wait for January.
They don't need to be technical. Joining is one tap from a link you send, no password to set up. On the day, whoever's happy doing it enters the scores for the group; everyone else just watches the board move. Nobody has to touch a setting.
Because the spreadsheet and the WhatsApp group are two more jobs for you. ParClub does the fixtures, the live group scoring, the Order of Merit, the knockout bracket and the Eclectic in one place, so the admin stops landing on the captain. Keep the spreadsheet alongside for a month, you won't reopen it.
The captain's one annual fee is the whole business. There are no ad slots, no investors to repay, and your data is never for sale. One fee, and no hidden second way we make money off you.
The whole UK and Ireland. It is built for amateur golf societies, roll-ups and club societies.
No small print
No VC · No ads · No data resold · One bloke building it, for captains.

I run a society. Every year the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group and the bag of cash got worse, and every January I lost a weekend rebuilding the table. ParClub is the app I wanted to hand the next captain instead.
Members are free because building this costs me, not them. ParClub never touches the money because your treasurer is a mate doing the club a favour, and we're not a shop standing in the middle taking a cut. Your price is locked because I'm not pulling what HowDidiDo pulled.
If something is wrong, slow, or missing, mail me. It lands in my inbox and I'm the one who reads it. There's no support queue: at this size, every email is mine to answer. And if I ever stop, your fixtures, scores and Order of Merit export in one tap. Nothing is held hostage to me still being here.
